1. Return & Refund Policy
All products sold through Making Us are made to order via our print-on-demand provider, Gelato. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at makingus.info@gmail.com. Be sure to include:
A description of the issue
One or more clear photos of the defective or damaged item
Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Please note:
Returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or custom personalization errors (not caused by us) are not accepted.
2. Purchasing from the Correct Region
You are responsible for selecting the correct regional store for your shipping location. We offer a region selector on your first visit to help guide you. Orders placed from the wrong region may result in delays or incorrect shipping charges.
3. Shipping Policy
We partner with Gelato, which fulfills orders through a network of global production facilities. This allows your order to be printed and shipped from the nearest available location to minimize shipping times and environmental impact.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times:
United States: 5–8 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Other international destinations: 7–15 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, or carrier-related delays.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
